Laptop screen turns off but computer still on

This will take you to the Windows 10 sign-in. Press the Windows logo key and L on your keyboard. Turn off the laptop, and then disconnect the power cord. Full stepsĬonnect an external monitor to the laptop. Remove the laptop from any port replicator or docking station.

Run EaseUS hard drive recovery software, select the drive where you lose your data, and click 'Scan'.
